Dr . JEFFREY R. HALL
|
Dr. Hall grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Hastings, Minnesota. He received his bachelor's degree from Gustavus-Adolphus College prior to attending the University of Minnesota Dental School. Upon graduation in 1973, Dr. Hall practiced in a group setting in Minnetonka until 1977 where upon he moved to Excelsior. In 1990, he expanded his practice to include the Chanhassen area. In 1996, after 19 years in Excelsior, he consolidated his 2 practices into one larger location in Chanhassen. He enjoys all phases of general dentistry with an emphasis on preventative, restorative, and cosmetic aspects. Dr. Hall has a special area of interest in sleeping disorders and was one of the founding fathers of the National Sleep Disorder Dental Society treating patients with snoring and upper airway construction. Dr. Hall's memberships include the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, past President of the Minnetonka Dental Study Club, and Secretary-Treasurer of the Sleep Disorder Dental Society. Dr. Hall and his staff place great emphasis on continuing education in order to provide their patients quality care.
Dr. Hall's outside interests include flying, skiing, traveling and reading as well as spending time with his family. Jeff and his wife, Joleen, have one son, Jeffrey II, and reside in Excelsior.

DR. BRADLEY D. LEMBKE

Dr. Lembke grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota. He received his bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield where he also played 4 years of football for the 'Oles'. Brad attended the University of Minnesota Dental School graduating in 1990. After graduation, he began his dental career in a group setting in Richfield where he practiced for 7 years. In 1997, Brad joined Chanhassen Dental and since has become a partner with Dr. Hall. He enjoys all phases of dentistry with an emphasis on preventive, restorative, cosmetic and removable partials and dentures. Dr. Lembke is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys outdoor recreation and fitness, and spending time with his family. Brad and his wife, Carrie, have two children; Ryan and Lucas. Dr. Lembke resides in Chaska and enjoys being an active member of the community and giving quality care to each of his patients.

Our Team includes 10 experienced professionals, led by Dr. Hall and Dr. Lembke. We each share the belief that our care should be comprehensive and courteous - responding fully to your individual needs and preferences.
Our technical team includes 6 dental assistants and hygienists licensed and registered in the state of Minnesota. Supporting an office environment that is warm and friendly, our office receptionist greets every patient, and makes every attempt to set appointments that can accommodate your personal schedule. She is also at your service to explain and facilitate insurance and financial arrangements.
And our team's commitment extends beyond your office visits. We stay in touch by sharing information about our office and ways you can take better personal care of your teeth. We contact you to see if your most recent treatment is satisfactory, and we call to remind you of upcoming appointments.
